How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us on this link (and choose "Cancel my order").

How we can help will depend on if your order has been despatched or not.

Your order is not despatched

If your order has not yet been despatched we will be able to cancel and refund your order.

Please note that there will be a delay between when you notify us, and when we respond to your email. During this time, your order may be despatched.

Your order is despatched

If your order has been despatched, you will need to wait until your order is delivered. We will then help you return your order back to us under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We will pay for return shipping.

Once your order is delivered back to our warehouse, we will refund your order.
