    The ZipPay system will only allow orders through our website because it'll ask you to either log in if you already have an account or go through a quick account setup process if you don't. 



    You can place an order either through our online store, or by giving us a call on 1300 669 500, and placing an order over the phone. You can also purchase a Joolca Product at one of our stockists around the country. Visit our stockist page to find one near you.


  • Sorry, we don't carry any stock at our HQ and our fulfilment centre doesn't allow for customer pickups. Keep in mind that when buying from us, we give you a 30 day trial period to actually test the products to see if they'll work for you!

  • Yes! You can see our products and purchase them from a stockist near you!


  • We Ship from our warehouse in Melbourne. Orders before 10 AM typically get shipped out on the same day. 

    For Normal post, delivery normally takes 2-4 business days when going to metro areas on the Aussie East Coast. To Perth its closer to 4-5 days. 

    For Express Post, delivery is typically overnight to most Metro Areas. 

  • Yes, we use eParcel for both normal and express shipping. Both of these methods allow us to send to a PO box.

    Because most likely your items won’t fit inside the PO box, the Post Office will leave a card in your PO box to let you know to collect the items inside.



    Yes, we offer Express Shipping! You'll be given the option to choose Standard Post or Express Post (for an additional cost) on the checkout page.

    Remember, that orders need to be placed before 10AM for them to be sent the same day.


    We offer free delivery within Australia for all orders, simple as that. Delivery is with eParcel.


  • Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your money via the same method you originally used to make payment. So if you originally paid via PayPal, it will be credited into your PayPal account.

  • We do! We’ll send you a return authorisation form, which means that you’ll just need to stick the RMA form onto your original box, and drop it off at any Post Office. They’ll take it off your hands and send it straight back to us, at no cost to you.

If you wanted to return an item (for any reason whatsoever) we’ll send you a reply-paid return slip to sent the item back to us for a full refund.
