The presale for the HOTTUB will begin on the 2nd of November 2023.
How long will the presale period last?
The presale period will last until late May 2024.
Can I pre-order multiple HOTTUBs during the presale?

Will there be any exclusive offers or discounts available during the presale?
Yes, we are offering:
- A 25% discount for the first 72 hours of the presale
- Then 15% off for the remainder of November 2023
- And then 10% off for the remainder of the pre-sale
We are planning on running a virtual product demonstration during the presale period.

Is international shipping available for the presale orders?
The HOTTUB will be available for purchase and shipping within Australia, New Zealand, America, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We will not ship outside of these countries.

When does the warranty start for presale orders?
You will get our standard 2-Year Warranty with your HOTTUB. Warranty will start from the day of delivery.
Can I exchange or return my HOTTUB if I change my mind after the presale?
