The HOTTAP Go is built with a watertight seal. However, when it's lifted or carried by the handle with water inside, the lid can shift slightly, causing a temporary break in the seal. This means that you may see water trickle out when holding the HOTTAP Go by the handle.

Don't worry, this is a normal part of the design and not a leak. Once you set it down and let go of the handle, the lid goes right back to being watertight!
