How long is the warranty period?
We offer a 2 Year Warranty on all Joolca products for complete peace of mind. If you need to make a warranty claim, you won't be out of pocket at all. We will be sure to arrange to repair or replace your item within two years.

Who pays for shipping in a warranty situation?
It won't cost you anything if you need to return your item under warranty! We'll provide you with a return shipping label.
Where are the warranty repairs conducted?
We do not have a National Repair network, and Joolca handles all inspections and repairs in-house. Because of this, we can process your warranty claim quickly. If you need help with your item, please don't hesitate to contact us directly; we'll help you as soon as possible.
How long will a warranty repair take?
We understand the troubles of dealing with a warranty claim and always aim to get items fixed or replaced within days of receiving the item.
The whole process can take up to two weeks from start to finish, with shipping times to/from us being the longest factor. Once we receive an item, we try to get it back out the door as quickly as possible.
