If your order has not yet been despatched we will be able to change the delivery address.
Please note that there will be a delay between when you notify us, and when we respond to your email. During this time, your order may be despatched.
Your order is despatched
If your order has been despatched, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
We can email to courier to attempt to have the order re-directed to the updated delivery address, but there is no guarantee that this will be successful.
Please note that once the order is delivered, we are unable to retrieve it, and there is nothing else that we can do.
