Learn how to install the HOTTAP using the Quick-Release Bracket and Mount Cover.
Note: If will only be using the Quick-Release Bracket alone, follow these steps.
Steps:
1. Unzip the Mount Cover and separate the back.
2. Attach the Quick-Release Bracket to the back of the Mount Cover and secure it to the wall or your vehicle's door using six M6/M8 bolts (not included).
4. Mount the HOTTAP:
- Hold the HOTTAP V2 upright and tilt the top toward the bracket.
- Slightly raise the top panel of the bracket, tilt the unit back to centre, and lower it onto the hooks.
- Align the slits on the back of the HOTTAP V2 with the hooks on the bracket.
- Latch the top panel straps onto the knobs on the main bracket to secure it.
- Use a small or medium padlock to keep it safe from prying hands!
5. Zip the front of the Mount Cover back up and you are all set!
