What is the process from purchase to delivery?

Ordering from Joolca is easy.

This is what you can expect when placing an order with us:

1. You make a purchase on our website.

2. You receive an "order confirmation" email that confirms your order was placed.
3. Your order is despatched from our warehouse.
   View despatch times.
   Note the pre-orders are not despatched immediately. Read more here.
4. You get a "despatch notification" email that includes your tracking information.
5. The courier delivers your order.
   View delivery times.
6. You get a "delivery notification" email that confirms that your order was delivered.

And that's it.
