Set up FAQs

  • The Joolca pump is designed to push water, not pull water
  • It can self-prime up to 1.8m (5.9ft) vertically
  • Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the hose, as these can reduce water flow and pressure.
  • Keep your battery/power supply well charged, especially when pumping over long distances.
  • Joolca hoses are 9mm (3/8") internal diameter. For longer distances, you can use 12mm (1/2") hosing to improve flow.
