Before starting assembly
- Read through all instructions before beginning assembly.
- Ensure that you have all of the required fasteners and components for complete installation of the GottaGo toilet mount.
- Images shown in the installation guide may not be to scale and are for representative purposes only.
Fasteners
Fasteners to suit your end location material are required to complete the installation. Dimension constraints are noted in step 5 and on the installation template.

Installation steps
1. Remove existing feet from GottaGo
Depending on your GottaGo version these may either be attached using adhesive or fasteners.
2. Mount seal
Unpack and fit the mount seal (3) around the edge of the mount (1).
3. Fit the mount to GottaGo
Easiest to perform with your GottaGo inverted. Fit the mount (1) and install the four feet (5), washers and fasteners (6) until each are hand tight.
4. Confirm your installation position using the template
The mount can be used for permanent or temporary installations. Reference the installation template for complete dimensions.
Typical installation
Unlock and slide forward to access the urine cassette. Remove GottaGo to access solids.
Permanent installation
Must allow for sufficient space behind the GottaGo to access storage cassettes without sliding.
If installing permanently, view step 5 before continuing.
5. Permanent installation – Fascia
To install the Mount Fascia (4), pilot holes are needed in the Mount Base (2) to guide the locking fasteners (7).
- Position the Fascia plate (4) in the Mount Base (2) recess.
- Using a 2.5mm / 0.1" drill bit, drill two pilot holes in the Mount Base.
6. Install the mount in the required position
Using fasteners compatible with your installation surface. Maximum fastener dimensions are shown on the template. The fastener head must fit below or flush with the mount surface.
7. Seat your GottaGo onto the mount base
Slide back until the mount hits a hard stop.
8. To lock and unlock
With the GottaGo seated in position, rotate the latch right to lock and left to unlock.
9. Permanent installation – Fascia
If you have installed the mount in the permanent position, with GottaGo mounted and locked, install the Fascia plate (4) using the two provided fasteners (7).
