This can usually be fixed with a few quick adjustments:
1. Tighten the Urine Lid
Make sure that the urine container lid is fully closed. The lid and seal work together to prevent leaks, and if it isn’t tightened properly, it can push against the top section.
2. Check for Extra O-Ring
Open the urine cap and confirm there is only one O-ring. If there are two, remove the extra.
3. Align the Top & Bottom Sections
Make sure the top section hinges are set all the way back (check both top and bottom hinges).
If needed, adjust with an Allen key:
- Loosen the hinge bolts.
- Slide the GottaGo bowl slightly backward.
- Retighten the bolts.
Adjust the Urine Indicator (Last Resort):
- Slightly loosen the bolts on the urine indicator.
- Move the indicator forward (outward) to create more space.
- Retighten the bolts.
