If your shower head won't turn off, keeps dripping or leaking water, or water keeps flowing even in the "off" position, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Shower head won't turn off
The shower handle only works in one direction. If you attach the shower head to the wrong end, you won’t be able to turn the water off.
To attach it correctly:
- Find the arrow on the shower handle.
- Attach the shower head to the end where the arrow points.

Water keeps dripping out of the shower head
After turning off the shower handle, some water may stay inside the shower head. This can cause a small amount of water to drip out. This is normal and does not mean there is a leak.
The water is not still flowing, so you’re not wasting water. Once the water inside drains out, the dripping will stop. You can also shake the shower head for a few seconds to help drain it faster.
